Cash has a proven track record of over 20 years of successful management experience in the banking and legal vertical markets, including SaaS eDiscovery vendors SteelPoint, Zantaz, Lextranet and Merrill Corporation.
He played a significant role in growing Lextranet, which was acquired by Merrill where, he served as Senior Operations Manager. Earlier in his career, he was at BayBank—now part of Bank of America.
Mr. Butler holds an MBA in E-Commerce from Bentley and an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
Conrad joins the ClariLegal team as an expert in litigation services with over 15 years experience in business development. Following a highly successful decade-long career in litigation support and case management at Merrill Corporation, Conrad directed the business strategy behind expanding upon the CIO Executive Council’s membership with Fortune 500 companies. At ClariLegal, Conrad builds upon client relationships and strategic partnerships with corporations and law firms. Conrad is a 1st degree blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do, and volunteers teaching the art to youths. He played competitive baseball through his mid-thirties, and continues to be an avid baseball fan.
Ron Godier is a seasoned professional in the Litigation Services industry. He began his career in Information Technology Staff Augmentation services with companies like SAP, General Motors and Ernst & Young. In addition to managing and delivering projects in this space, he has been a key business development asset and lead many of the sales efforts for these organizations.
After working with The Department of Homeland Security on the implementation of the TSA federalization of airports and ports of entry into the United States, he took a position with Zantaz to help staff critical positions in the Hosted Services area. The project was retooled and sold as a Workforce Strategy effort designed to streamline multiple key processes across the organization. His help and expertise was sought after by other organizations in the Litigation Services Industry like rialGraphix and Merrill Corp both in the United States and abroad.
